My practice is rooted in a holistic understanding of the body, where every part is engaged in a continuous dialogue - from the core to the head, from the tips of the toes to the fingertips.
Through strengthening, stretching, and barre work, I explore the relationship between physical precision, balance, and the expressive potential of movement.
The connection between strength and length is central to my approach. I seek to expand the dancer’s physical possibilities, moving beyond habitual patterns and limitations to develop greater weight, volume, presence, and freedom. Grounding becomes an essential element of this process: a sense of connection to the earth from which movement can emerge, while maintaining fluidity, clarity, and harmony.
My choreographic language draws from the vocabulary and spatial principles of classical dance, incorporating positions such as écarté, effacé, and croisé, while opening them towards a broader and more contemporary spatial architecture.
I am interested in the space between structure and instinct, technique and individuality, discipline and freedom.
At the heart of my work is the belief that every dancer carries a unique energetic identity - an inner impulse that gives movement its direction, intention, and presence.
I aim to cultivate this individuality rather than impose a singular aesthetic, encouraging dancers to discover how their own physicality can shape and transform movement.
My ongoing research into the vocabulary of dance and the possibilities of the moving body is fundamental to my development as both dancer and choreographer. It is a practice that continually evolves through experience, observation, and exchange.
From this research, I have developed an approach that combines rigorous technical foundations with artistic freedom, creating a space in which dancers can become confident, responsive, and fully present - able to absorb, question, transform, and make new ideas their own.
Ultimately, my work seeks to create a body that is both grounded and expansive: technically precise yet instinctive, disciplined yet open, capable of carrying movement with weight, intention, and an authentic sense of presence.
